Heavenly Father,
We lift David before Thee, asking for Thy covering, Thy clarity, and Thy protection over his work. Thy Word declares, “For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace” (1 Corinthians 14:33). So we speak peace over every report, every instruction, and every conversation concerning his job.

Lord, let every burden that does not belong to him fall away. It is not his responsibility to interpret contracts, determine another man’s pay, or carry the confusion of the office. Let the weight of misplaced responsibility be removed from him now.

Thy Word says, “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper” (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that no confusion, no mismanagement, no misleading instruction, and no unfair expectation shall prosper against David.

Father, give him favor with the union, clarity in every requirement, and protection from every attempt to shift blame or responsibility onto him. Let the truth be made plain. Let the right people be held accountable. Let every hidden thing come to light.

We ask Thee to order his steps concerning this company. If it is time for him to leave, open the right door. If there is something he must complete, make it clear. Let every decision be guided by Thy wisdom, for Thy Word says, “In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths” (Proverbs 3:6).

Strengthen David, steady his mind, and surround him with Thy peace. Let him walk in integrity, confidence, and divine protection.
