Prayers Lord apparently Iam a bad customer. I called several times to let them know i didn't recive a bill for new car loan. I needed info to make payment. They said contact capital one with the info i have for my credit card. I did and they couldnt help. I didnt want to just google for number wanted to make sure i got the right nummber to call and not a scam #. . After 4 weeks dealer finally gave me number to call. I told them this was the worst experience trying to set up car loan. They then told me i was the worst costumer ever. They said Capitol one was the only option. I got in the mail ally would have financed. Experian sent over notifications also. The credit card for capital one i have is a bjs so capital one said that may have been the issue cause they us a different department but yes after contacting the right capital one # they helped set up i would be able to see on app with credit card.
