Many prayers, Lord. I am finally starting to meet people that have a true gluten allergy. I have one company I have found that I can get certified Gluten-free flours from prayers I cann find a place that is more local to order certified Gluten-free flours from. Lord please help keep me organized with the care it takes in keeping products separate so there is no cross contamination. I have been doing this for myself with egg so I know I can get this done with gluten. Prayers now is the time that I am starting to find people that have a true allergy to get more equipment that will be just for the gluten free products and a separate under the counter fridge or a commercial fridge to keep things completely separate.
