1 week ago I had extensive knee surgery (ACL and meniscus repair) surgery went well but pain continues at night and it is hard to sleep. I pray, listen to instrumental Christian music, move around, etc. praying for a speedy healing and recovery process that I stay strong in spirit and body through this long recovery.
