I’ve been in a real dark mental state with bad anxiety and depression. Some days even questioning if I still want to be here. I feel hopeless and scared. My mental health is at an extreme low and I’m exhausted from it. Nothing feels real I feel I’m stuck in a state of dissociation and always having anxiety/panic attacks. I ask for prayers to overcome it all and be free and sane along with coming out as a man of faith with Jesus at the center of my life. Im not a man of faith currently but I feel Jesus has been knocking at my door.
