Please pray for me as my new neighbor is very loud at all times in the day and in the early morning. I am being awaken at 2am because they are loud and disruptive. I have politely asked them not to do this a month ago and nothing has changed. Please pray for change and that the neighbors heart is softened and they become considerate.
