Prayer request research and obtain a lawyer so that they stop stalling and do the repairs the water damage to my ceiling in my utility closet. The leak is coming from the roof however it would now appear that the silence from the HOA has become their legal strategy to avoid repairing the damage done to my unit. When I realize there was a problem I reported it to the HOA in February, however, I did not see the VP of Buckingham station condo V until April when they hired the new community manager. I'm overwhelmed. I've asked for help from my sister and to take charge over the situation. She refused. Now I'm afraid that me trying to do it has now left me in a very adversely compromised situationg. I don't have the money to pay for the repairs but more importantly I cannot get any information from the community manager about if they've had the roof inspected it and the pole. I need a miracle at this point as well as peace of mind.
