A Spoken-Word Prayer
(Ephesians 5 • Romans 8:14–17 • Psalm 8)

Father in Heaven,

I pray in Jesus Christ✝️ name as Your Holy Spirit dwells…

As Your✝️ Holy Spirit
Prepares 👍🏾us🕊️

We pray for understanding
and guidance from leaders
Among 👍🏾us🕊️ to help 👍🏾us🕊️
become leaders who sees ahead,
as those leaders who
notice needs
or reads statements
To understand the simple
To reflect back that same truth
Like,
“I was thinking about” you.
Leaders who in such moments,
feel the weight of the simple
Who needs help
And coordinating the effort
Towards something greater
Something better
Something that continues learning

So Lord✝️,
what to be known about leadership,
Is essential to how 👍🏾we🕊️ think
completely yet correctly.
Because one good idea
guided by Your✝️ Spirit
can bless generations.
However, how we think
if not proper
Can also generational failure.
God✝️ forbid please!
Equip 👍🏾us🕊️
and these among us
Like,
A John 17 knowing that I pray
not for just 🕊️ alone but for a people.
Yes! More than one person🕊️
Because I care⛪️

And I know if
👍🏾we🕊️ work together rightly,
then what begins as a conversation
can become ministry in motion,
which begins from this 🙏🏾 seed.
A prayer planted from
A seed towards workforce development.
Church impact.
👍🏾Continuity of thought😏🕊️,
and once more
unto generational success.
Something picturesque
That causes me and others to see
red 🕊️!
Then business can become
Pleasure in such a busy world
And if it be Your✝️ Will,
let the church⛪️ become known
not only for worship services—
but for preparing people
living well
with wells of living water
that causes ⛪️us🕊️ to work well,
lead well,
and help one ⛪️ another along the way.

Because Father,
that kind of fellowship
changes communities.
And that kind of preparation
glorifies You✝️.

So as 🕊️ hears my heart, Lord,
let her also hear
that I care deeply
about what comes after 👍🏾us🕊️ too
But this is only fulfilled through
the work of Your ⛪️ church🕊️
and allowing Your Holy 🕊️ Spirit
to work in 👍🏾us🕊️ continually.
Lead ⛪️ us
Guide 👍🏾us🕊️
and help 👍🏾us🕊️
