✝️ 🕊️ The Light Between Us ✝️
A Spoken-Word Prayer
(John 17 • Ephesians 5 • 2 Peter 1:11–13 • Acts 2:42–47)
Father in Heaven,
I pray in Jesus Christ✝️ name as Your Holy Spirit dwells…
I’m reminded of Acts
and you showing 👍🏾us🕊️
a people together—
in doctrine,
in fellowship,
in breaking of bread,
and in prayers—
with gladness
and singleness of heart.
That is oneness.
Meals that mean something.
Conversations that heal something.
Moments that settle something.
Laughter that loosens something.
Peace that restores something.
So let that spirit live here.
Because good memories
are not just moments—
they are markers of unity.
Proof
that we were together right.
Proof
that Christ✝️ was present.
Proof
that what could divide us
did not define us.
So tonight, Father,
as this endeavor begins—
even if it starts with one,
let it not end there.
Let 👍🏾us🕊️ join in it.
Let the church⛪️ grow in it.
Let unity be built through it.
Because this is not small.
This is ministry.
This is mercy.
This is how You teach the heart
to move forward together
without carrying what breaks it apart.
So let this be heard—
by 👍🏾us🕊️,
by the church,
by every heart involved:
that we are called
to be one.
One in love.
One in light.
One in truth.
One in the way we remember,
the way we respond,
the way we remain.
So help 👍🏾us🕊️ move forward—
lighter,
wiser,
kinder,
more present,
more thankful.
Less divided by what was,
and more united
by what You✝️ are doing now.
Let good memories
become good ground.
A place where unity grows.
A place where trust lives.
A place where the enemy loses ground
because goodness kept showing up
and did not stop.
So wherever we go,
and in whatever we do—
help 👍🏾us🕊️ make memories
that make us one.
Because the best is not behind us—
it is being built
in unity
through You✝️.
In Jesus Christ✝️ name I pray and give thanks. Amen. 🕊️😴💤🌙
