✝️ 🕊️ The Light Between Us ✝️
Part 1
(John 17 • Ephesians 5 • 2 Peter 1:11–13 • Acts 2:42–47)
Father in Heaven,
I pray in Jesus Christ✝️ name as Your Holy Spirit dwells…
Lord, tonight I come before You
with 🕊️ in view—
not just what could be said,
but what must be seen…
because sometimes, Father,
what matters most
lives in the space
between us.
And if anything is to live there—
let it be Your Light.
Not assumption.
Not pressure.
Not confusion.
But light.
The kind that reveals.
The kind that corrects.
The kind that covers
without hiding truth.
Because Your Son prayed it—
that we may be one.
So if we are to be one, Lord,
then let the light between us
be right.
Let it be governed.
Let it be clean.
Let it be aligned
with what You✝️ have already spoken.
And as I bring 🕊️ before You,
teach me how to walk in that light—
not ahead of it,
not outside of it,
but within it.
Because Ephesians teaches 👍🏾us🕊️
to walk as children of light.
So let my steps reflect that.
Let my thoughts reflect that.
Let my posture toward her reflect that.
Because whatever stands between us
will either build…
or break.
So let it build.
Build understanding.
Build patience.
Build clarity.
Build peace.
Because if the light is right,
then what grows from it
will be right too.
And Father,
Your Word tells 👍🏾us🕊️
to be stirred up
by way of remembrance.
So even in how I remember her,
let there be light.
Not old versions.
Not misread moments.
Not shadows from what once was.
But truth.
Truth that sees her
as she stands now.
Truth that honors what You’ve done in her.
Truth that doesn’t allow darkness
to rewrite what You✝️ have made clear.
Because the adversary works in shadows—
but unity lives in light.
So let the light between us
push back everything
that tries to distort
how we see one another.
And let good memories
form in that light.
Not forced moments.
Not surface smiles.
But real ones—
the kind that settle something,
the kind that heal something,
the kind that remind 👍🏾us🕊️
that You✝️ are present
in how we move with one another.
Because Acts shows 👍🏾us🕊️
a people together—
in doctrine,
in fellowship,
in breaking of bread,
and in prayers—
with gladness
and singleness of heart.
So let that same spirit
rest here.
Where the light between us
keeps 👍🏾us🕊️ steady.
Keeps 👍🏾us🕊️ clear.
Keeps 👍🏾us🕊️ from drifting
into what You did not design.
Because if we are to move forward, Lord,
then let it be in light.
Light that teaches me
when to speak.
Light that teaches me
when to wait.
Light that teaches me
how to handle what is forming
without rushing what You✝️ are building.
So let this be my prayer tonight—
not just for words,
but for what lives between them.
That the space between 👍🏾us🕊️
would be filled with You✝️.
In Jesus Christ✝️ name I pray and give thanks. Amen. 🕊️
