Father in Heaven,

I pray in Jesus Christ✝️ name as Your Holy Spirit dwells…

l come before You✝️ tonight
for 👍🏾our🕊️church
Yet with 🕊️ in view
With the understanding that
She🕊️ is Yours✝️
Your✝️ Daughter of Zion
whom you’ve given instructions.
So I pray that at a given time
Willed by You✝️
Maybe even billed
by You✝️ that I can understand
what she sees,
what she desires,
what she requires,
what she carries in her heart
for herself
and for the church—
that matters
regarding the next generation.

Lord, what’s understood
Is that no surface vision.
No passing ideas.
Can express
what’s in her heart
for your church
God✝️, this is
something rooted.
Something built.
Something prepared.
At the womb of Jeremiah 1:5
This was born!
and as it relates
To dressing and keeping
These are seeds that she’s Carrie’s
That requires
the proper care
and patience.

Across the board what is known
Is your work in others
and your work in me
unto preparation for
Your will to be done
Prepared in people.
Prepared in purpose.
Prepared in the way we think,
the way we lead,
the way we live
towards generational success.

So give me ears to hear 🕊️ her.
Give me wisdom to really see 🕊️ her.
Humility to learn from 🕊️ her.
The grace to walk with 🕊️ her
in what You have shown 🕊️ her.
Yet still,
give me the leadership to
nurture 🕊️
according to how you’ve grown 🕊️ her
Yet as I speak to You✝️ about her, Father✝️,
let me also share before You✝️
what You✝️ have been shaping in me;
a desire for a culture—
Of preparation-minded ⛪️ people.
To the end that
every member is building.
Every leader is thinks ahead
in their own way
and everyday
families are forming something strong.
Everyday generations
are not starting over,
but starting prepared.
God✝️ this is a prayer for
Personal preparation.
Organizational preparation.
Generations who think
In terms of preparation.

So Lord✝️,
what we build today
May it be Holy🕊️
May it not collapse in tomorrow,
but carry forward
into sons,
into daughters,
into the body of Christ✝️
standing stronger than before.
