✝️ Friends of God✝️

Father in Heaven,

I pray in Jesus Christ✝️ name as Your Holy Spirit dwells…

Keep 👍🏾us🕊️ in remembrance
that fellowship with You✝️
is continuous.
Before conversation,
before closeness,
Before shared time,
before any “therefore” defines
what something is—
let us first be friends of God✝️.

Your Word tells us
to be all of one mind,
having compassion one of another,
loving as brethren,
being considerate
Of someone fearfully and
Wonderfully 🕊️ made

So teach us fellowship
that is clean,
holy,
that is rightly ordered in Your sight.
God✝️, we know this is right!

So, let us see one another
first as brother and sister in Christ✝️—
not as something to grasp,
not as something to consume emotionally,
but as someone to honor,
someone to preserve,
someone to sharpen in truth.

Because iron sharpeneth iron,
so a man sharpeneth the countenance of His✝️ friend.
Yours✝️!
Let fellowship in the Spirit✝️
sharpen, not blur.
Strengthen,
not stir confusion.
Build,
not break.
Nor shake
The confidence she has in you
For some ungodly purpose
Or unmet expectation created
Something out of order
God✝️ forbid it! Please

Teach us to protect one another’s walk with You✝️
by how we speak,
by how we respond,
by how we carry one another in thought.

Let our words be tender,
our motives be pure,
our hearts be humble,
and our conduct be respectful.

If we are like-minded believers,
then let us fellowship like it—
with compassion,
with courtesy,
with peace.

Help us remember
that the highest priority
is not being close to each other first,
but being close to You✝️.
Because when we are right with You,
we can be right with one another.

Preserve Your✝️ fellowship, Lord.
Keep it scriptural.
Keep it sincere.
Keep it safe.

And tonight,
as we lie down,
let there be no fear.

Your Word says
our sleep shall be sweet.

So give 👍🏾us🕊️ rest now—
peaceful rest,
guarded rest,
holy rest.

And let tomorrow find us
still remembering
that the best fellowship
begins with being Friends of God✝️.
