I'm falling into a deep depression and can't seem to find my way out of it. I am living in an emotional abusive environment. It's affected my performance at work and my adult children are still trying to navigate school, career, etc and I want to support them in anyway I can but I can't even muster up strength to get through each day. Please pray. I am so desperate.
