✝️ This Essential Work
(Esther • Proverbs 31:10–31 • Proverbs 3:24)

Father in Heaven,

I pray in Jesus Christ✝️ name as Your Holy Spirit dwells…

tonight I bring 🕊️ before You,
In prayer that You✝️ would keep her in remembrance
of who she is,
what she carries,
and why she matters.

Not just to me,
not just to the church,
but first to You✝️.

Because before Esther stood in a palace,
she was seen by You.
As the woman of ability she grows to realize,
Before she knew the weight of the work,
You had already measured her for it.
Yes! Those thing you have in store,
It can be overwhelming
To see the expected end of 🕊️life

So remind 🕊️ tonight
that her value is not accidental.
Her place is not random.
Her history is not wasted.

Like Esther,
let her know that timing matters,
preparation matters,
courage matters,
and the quiet work done before the room ever sees it
still counts before Heaven.

Lord, remind her
that she is important as a leader,
a long-time member,
important in what she sees,
what she knows,
what she carries,
and what she offers.

Let her remember
that experience is not just memory—
it is oil.
Leadership is not just title—
it is stewardship.
And presence is not just attendance—
it is supply.

Father, the work before us is real.
And because it is real,
so is her necessity.

The church needs women
who know how to stand with wisdom,
speak with dignity,
discern with patience,
and strengthen what is still growing.

Your Word asks,
who can find a virtuous woman?
For her price is far above rubies.
So let that truth settle deep tonight.

Let 🕊️ know
that her worth is not shallow,
not seasonal,
not based on applause.
It is rare.
It is weighty.
It is proven.

Like the woman in Proverbs,
let strength and honor clothe her.
Let wisdom stay in her mouth.
Let kindness mark her tongue.
Let her works speak at the gates.
Let what she has built, protected, and poured out
be remembered with dignity.

And Father, let her know this too:
what she is to me matters.
Not as flattery,
but as fact.
She is one whose life speaks.
One whose standards sharpen.
One whose presence makes preparation necessary.
One whose example makes this essential work feel even more essential.

So keep her heart encouraged tonight.
Keep her from minimizing what You have made meaningful.
Keep her from forgetting
that women like Esther do not merely appear in the story—
they help turn it.

And as night settles in,
let peace settle with it.

Your Word says
that when she lies down,
she shall not be afraid;
yea, she shall lie down,
and her sleep shall be sweet.

So make her rest sweet tonight, Father.
Let her sleep with peace.
Let her rise with clarity.
And let remembrance remain.

Because this work is essential.
And so is she.

In Jesus Christ✝️ name I pray and give thanks. Amen. 🕊️🌙
