So about 7 days ago I posted that I got laid off on 1/16/2026 and I have not found employment yet. I am receiving unemployment benefits but that will not cover rent and car payment. As of today 3/5/26 I have still not landed a new role. Rent is now due and I do not have it. I am thinking ahead and I need a new place to live. I would need it rent free until I land a new role. I am searching for jobs and have to give an an account to the unemployment office in order to receive the unemployment benefits.
