I live in a 2 level condominium. There is a leak coming from the roof down into my upstairs utility closet onto my hvac/furness. I have notified my HOA who in turn has provided me the VP of my communities name and contact information. I have left messages and sent emails and have heard absolutely nothing for the past 2 weeks. Yesterday at the instruction of my HVAC contractor I moved disconnected power cord to gain access to change the air filter. Upon doing so there was a spark. Is a fire hazard as well as a health hazard in that there is possibly mold as a result of the week on the ceiling drywall. I have had no response from the HOA or from the VP of the community who is directly responsible for taking care of this problem. Please please pray that she responds, the HOA to take responsibility and make the repairs promptly and correctly. And that God keep me safe and healthy in the process in Jesus name Amen!
