Father in Heaven ✝️📖✝️,

I pray in Jesus Christ✝️ name as your Holy🕊️Spirit dwells…
As this day moves forward and life begins to speak,
before notifications interrupt,
before conversations compete,
before reactions try to form without wisdom,
we place our minds back under Your authority.

We acknowledge You first.
Not after the scroll.
Not after the opinion.
Not after the pressure to respond.
But first.

We confess that many voices attempt to speak at once—
technology pulling attention,
people pulling emotion,
unhealthy dialogue pulling peace.
Rebukes of us calling for our release
But today, we choose discipline over impulse
and discernment over reaction.
We choose togetherness over splitting in factions
We chose holiness over satisfaction.

With this in mind
Your Word tells us to cast down imaginations
and every high thing that exalts itself
against the knowledge of God

So, we submit our thoughts,
our tone,
our posture,
and our responses
to Christ.

We don’t fight the day with force.
We move through it with wisdom.
We don’t absorb every stimulus.
We assess it to process
And determine to progress
And if necessary egress from stress
And negativity

Your Word declares that we’re keep in perfect peace
So help us “think in these ✝️things🕊️”
As minds remain stayed on You✝️.
Anchored,
Clear,
And Unmoved by urgency that is not ordained by You✝️.

We refuse to let technology train our appetites.
We refuse to let people provoke our character.
We refuse to let unhealthy conversations
shape our spirit or redirect our focus.

Search our heart, O God—
not the algorithm.
If something approaches today
that does not align with truth,
intercept it with wisdom before it takes root.

Teach us when to speak
and when to be silent.
Teach us when to engage
and when to walk away.
Teach us how to carry boundaries
without fear
and clarity over apology.

Our minds are not open access.
They are stewarded.
They are defended.
They are surrendered to You.

So wherever we go today,
whoever we encounter,
whatever tries to influence us—
the voice that governs us,
the voice that anchors us,
the voice we respond to…

is God✝️📖🕊️✝️.
