🙏🏾 “Speaking Our Language”

(John 17 ✝️)

Father in Heaven,
I pray in Jesus Christ✝️ name
As Your Holy Spirit dwells in this dispensation
May you keep 🕊️ in this world✝️
the way Your Son prayed for His own.
Not removed,
but preserved.
Not hidden,
but held.
Not swallowed by shadows,
but strengthened by truth
and guarded👮🏾‍♂️ by righteousness.

For You taught us, Lord,
that the only defense against evil
is truth that sanctifies
and righteousness that steadies the steps.

And so we speak our language, Father
So that you hear us and we hear each other
the one You built through✝️ time,
teaching✝️,
🎓✝️discipline✝️🎓,
and a thousand whispered lessons
from the Heart of the doctrine we live.

As you hear the manner that I speak:
the work finished,
the name manifested,
the Word that called us out—
and the unity that must survive
what the world tries to shake.

You said—
“I pray not for the world,
but for them which Thou hast given Me.”
So we stand inside that prayer tonight—
both of 👍🏾us🕊️
kept on assignment
while being kept from harm.

According to our theology
Make us one, Lord,
So that we can here👂🏾
Properly even if seemingly👂🏾 impaired👍🏾
Give us wisdom to know the truth
Just as you did with me previously
when “life” tries to divide.
Make us joyful
when pressure tries to drain.
Make us clean
when the world tries to stain.
Make us wise
when evil comes subtle, smiling,
speaking half-truths wrapped in comfort.

Sanctify 🕊️us👍🏾
in the truth—
Your Word—
the only filter
that catches what the enemy disguises.

And Father…
we thank You
for ordering our steps
before either of us took one.
For framing our times,
for choosing our bounds,
for arranging our habitation
so neither of us is here by accident.
We were placed,
not scattered.
Sent,
not drifting.
Aligned,
not random.

For the world was framed by Your Word—
not “manifested by man,”
not reordered by ego,
not curated by culture.
And though Adam 🛠️ defiled the world,
he never destroyed
Your 🏈order👍🏾

So keep her in that order, Father.
Keep me in it too.
Let the world not touch her spirit,
nor dull her discernment,
nor drain her joy.
Prepare her to be sent—
clean,
clarified,
steady—
so her life makes others believe
the same way the disciples’ words
made us believe.

And as You do…
help us walk this path
step by step,
lesson by lesson,
truth by truth
That leads from trust to trust
speaking a language
only Heaven wrote
and only we understand.
