🙏🏾 Help Me Lead ✝️
(Romans 12 ✝️)

Father in Heaven,

I pray in Jesus Christ✝️ name that as Your 🕊️ Holy Spirit dwells among us,
Teach 🕊️us👍🏾 to lead as You lead—
not by force, not by pride, but by example and obedience.
Knowing that those who lead must first be servants,
Whose leadership begins not on the platform, but in the heart.

Lord, give me humility.
Let every step I take be anchored in experience with You✝️,
and every word I speak be covered by grace.
Perfect me first as a servant—
By putting me in my place
as one who listens before speaking,
who obeys before preaching,
whose reaction first is Love✝️ as I lead.

Teach me to lead under authority,
for even Christ✝️ submitted Himself unto the Father’s will.
So, help me honor those set before me,
so that I may guide rightly those who follow after.
Give me clear directions from You✝️,
and sharpen my ear to hear the still small voice
Make me understand our consequences before we make our choice
Decisions!👍🏾 Decisions!🕊️
that cuts through the noise of pride and impatience.
Father we are ever waiting to hear from You✝️

As the male Develop your seed
you’ve planted in the heart of this 🕊️Holy ground called your church✝️
What Christ died for, make me manager of
With skills necessary to glorify You✝️
As Your✝️ leader help me organize myself,
so I may bring order to others,

For structure is needed in every good work
In ministry,
Lord✝️ make me diligent,
self-disciplined, and teachable,
so leadership becomes less about control
and more about stewardship of purpose.

Father, your work is precious
So I pray for the strength to be mentally tough,
yet tender in heart;
to stay committed to the cause,
and inspire others not just to move,
but to believe again.
Let my confidence be in Christ✝️ alone,
not in the applause of men.
When I set goals, let them align with Your kingdom.
When I prioritize, let Your will remain first.

And when weakness creeps in—
keep me from becoming a workaholic trying to prove my worth.
Guard me from pride that blinds,
from impatience that wounds,
and from self-reliance that ultimately isolates.
Help me receive correction with grace,
and follow as faithfully as I lead.

Lord, refine me continually—
for leadership is not a title, it’s a testimony.
It’s the story You’re still writing in me.
For In 🕊️us👍🏾 trust must be established
So, as I teach to lead,
Lead me as I teach,
that every motion of my life points back to the Master’s hand.

Let my leadership be founded upon the rock reflect not sinking sand, yet help me rule, with diligence and show mercy with cheerfulness.”
so that through every act of service,
others may see Christ✝️ in me.
