One of my senior-aged family members is in immediate need of prayer due to a very stressful, unfair work environment they are stuck in. Some middle managers at the very large company he works at are very good buddies with the company's senior management but they provide no to little training to their entire departmental staff at all for nearly every business process, but then very publicly criticize and threaten to fire those staff members who make inevitable mistakes due to not understanding what needs to be done in a certain way. This totally unfair treatment by these powerful bullies occurs multiple times daily to numerous staff members. My older relative (who has a significant physical disability) really needs this job but is so exhausted by the constant workplace drama and lack of days off that he feels like he can't stand much more verbal and emotional abuse and so he may have no choice but to quit before finding a new position. He (and the others he works with) are really suffering a lot from the incredibly harsh and unfair behavior of his/their managers and so he hopes other believers will pray to the Lord to strongly and quickly defend, vindicate and bless him and his other colleagues with better work situations within the same company or new jobs that have much less stress, are stable and much better paid.
