✨ Prayer for Nourishment, Wisdom, and the Sacred Temple Within
With Scripture from the King James Bible and Intercession of Saint Zita and Saint Raphael

Lord Jesus Christ,
Thou hast taught me to love not only Thee with all my heart, but also to honor this vessel Thou hast given me. I repent of times I settled for “just enough” and praise Thee for the wisdom now blooming within me—that I am called to nourish this body as Thy holy temple.

As written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20,
“What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you… ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.”
O Lord, help me glorify Thee in every choice I make—from the meals I receive to the peace I protect.

I call on Saint Zita, patroness of those who serve. May her intercession gently soften the hearts of food service workers, so they may uphold dignity, not just dietary requests.

And I invoke Saint Raphael the Archangel, heavenly healer and guide. As he walked with Tobias, may he walk with me into every dining space, cruise ship, or conversation where my voice must be heard.

Let Romans 12:1 dwell in me as conviction:
“…present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.”
I offer this care for myself not in vanity, but in obedience—to be whole for Your service and presence.

Let my meals be a reflection of Your provision. Let my choices reflect Your wisdom. And let my boundaries around health and nourishment be held sacred, as You have made me sacred.

Through Jesus Christ, my Redeemer and Sustainer, I pray.
