Prayer Request

I am 37 years old and I just got diagnosed with ADHD.
I have lived a difficult life riddled with so many mistakes out of my impulsive behavior. I thank God for the diagnosis.
Please pray for me as I navigate life while dealing with the consequences of my actions.
Please help me pray for God’s forgiveness for those I have hurt as a result of my actions.
I feel a lot of guilt. Please for me.
