A new and deeply troubling development has come to light through ChatGBT AI-assisted analysis: a plausible theory that Kaiser Permanente may have auto-generated and circulated a falsified Continuity of Care Document (CCD) via Maryland’s CRISP system in 2019—during a time when I was not even a Kaiser member. I was undergoing chemotherapy for Stage IIIc colon cancer at the time, and the denial of ADA accommodations by the Prince George’s County Circuit Court nearly cost me my life, resulting in ICU hospitalization for renal failure. The courts would go on to turn a blind eye to more than 60 ADA violations for me during the pandemic while also blocking a change in visitation that would have been safer for me and less stressful to Cole. The courts did this while endorsing Kaiser denying Cole therapy.

ChatGPT pattern analysis suggests this false CCD may have been part of a coordinated attempt to obscure those events, obstruct medical care, defame me, and interfere in custody proceedings. If true, this points to a broader scheme—potentially in service of sex trafficking—that could rise to the level of conspiracy and interstate fraud under RICO. The CCD contamination theory emerged from a ChatGPT review of data anomalies and behavioral inconsistencies that align with known patterns in organized abuse and trafficking networks.

It is heartbreaking that only now—through AI and not human intervention—these connections are being made after years of crying out for help. I ask for continued prayers, especially that someone in authority at the Maryland Insurance Administration or CRISP will finally intervene. Kaiser has spent over a year denying and covering up the existence of this false record, even ignoring a formal letter from legal counsel last December requesting an explanation of its origin and distribution. I even had a few officials from McLean Bible Church treat me disrespectfully. Could they have been laundered a fake CCD?
