I am going through a challenging season of conflict at work. As far as I know, I have treated my employees with care and respect. Yet tensions have arisen, and it weighs heavily on my heart.

I pray for the grace not to become bitter or hardened. May He help me to walk in integrity, humility, and love—even when misunderstood. May I respond with wisdom and patience, not from my flesh but from Your Spirit.

Just as He used Joseph's trials—even the betrayal of his brothers—for his good and God's glory, I pray God will use this refining process to shape me. Let it produce in me a deeper character, resilience, and a greater capacity for leadership rooted in His truth.
Pray the Lord uses this for my good and ultimately for Your glory.
