The Luke Commission (TLC) is a Christian organization providing compassionate, innovative healthcare in Eswatini, the country with the highest HIV prevalence in the world. They were heavily funded by USAID. The cut of all USAID and other funding challenges have required TLC to drastically scale back operations leaving thousands without care.
