My daughter is embarking on a new and exciting chapter that is the answer to my prayers. After struggling with clinical depression and significantly limiting anxiety and panic attacks (for several years), I earnestly prayed that the Lord our God deliver her from those afflictions and help her find her "WHY" and her purpose for her calling. To develop her in HIS calling for her!

Within a few very rocky months, it was revealed… and while it was not our pressing, the Lord has given her a passion and talent in professional athletics. With struggles she experienced through elementary, middle and high school… this is the healthiest we have seen her (mentally). As she is completing her senior year of high school this year, we are AMAZED by God's deliverance from deep depression and panic attacks (she is still a quiet anxious young lady).

While this endeavor wasn't not something we directed her towards, I believe in the power of my answered prayers. 24 hours ago, she committed to her next chapter and as a praying mom, I am desperately asking for your collective prayers for my only child in professional atheltic activities that are not for the faint at heart.

I've witnessed her miraculous deliverance from the depths of despair and I know our Lord and savior can (and will) do it again (according to his perfect purpose and will). My prayers today are for her safety, courage, skill, sponsorship and VICTORY throughout the next chapter of her personal journey.

I am already humbled beyond belief in what the Lord our God has already done. HIS mercy and kindness are unimaginable and indescribable. His lovingkindness often blesses me to tears for gratitude and thanksgiving. I am embarrassed to even ask for more prayers beyond her safety… AND STILL here I am asking for more please.

We are moving back the Northern Virginia this summer and don't know what the future holds for her in the coming years. Asking that the Lord continue to move in her life as she helps to inspire others battling depression, anxiety, and loneliness. I am thankful to God that she has finally found some hope!
