My neighbor has stomped back and forth nonstop through the whole apartment above me at least over 70 times. He's yelling probably on the phone. I stopped counting after 70. He knows it disturbs me because I asked the leasing office to speak with him after months of loud music in the middle of the night. It's been 2 years. He's retaliating. I'm moving in 10 days. Please pray for him. He is obviously not well. Also, pray for me in my next place. I don't know who he is, but I met my new neighbor already. Lord, help me to be a good neighbor. Not a doormat, but loving like Jesus
