Prayer Request

I have been struggling with pornography and masturbation for the past 2 years, I really want to stop, I am babtised but I feel like my spirit is weak and I pray about it everyday and I do hear God answering my preyers but it's very unclear and I ask to help me so I can stop and have a healthy relationship with God.
