My 21-year-old old daughter has bipolar and lives with her dad. She is 5 weeks pregnant, the father of the baby is out of state and not supportive. Her situation with her dad is not good – they are abusive to each other (verbal), with a history of physical abuse. He is going to get a legal notice to evict her. She is easily overwhelmed. She quit college to try to get the father of the baby involved. He wants her to get an abortion. She is suicidal and will not explore options to live at a shelter or home for single mothers. I am out of state as well – her living with me is not an option. She blames everyone for her life challenges and does not accept responsibility (victim mentality). I have given her resources to explore and won't follow up. I am at a loss and am very concerned about her.
