We just found out yesterday 2.32.25 that my mom who is 76 has lung cancer. Yea she is a smoker and has been for 60+ years. As of may 2024 she only smokes 2-3 cigarettes a day after she found out she also has COPD & Emphysema. She was smoking a pack or more of cigarettes prior.

This comes on the 13th year of my dad’s death whom died of esophageal cancer.

We do not know as of yet the course of action on this diagnosis. We will find out Wednesday Feb 5th.

Please pray for my mom and her heart and mind through this. She seems positive, but we all know this is hard.

The positive to this also is the tumor has not spread and I pray that it stays that way and that we can delete it before it does.

Please for my heart and mine also. Even though I have a brother who is capable to help and be there, he wasn’t in the past so I feel that he won’t again and I will have to go through this all alone again.

I do have a wonderful bible study group and church family and an awesome boss.
