Please pray for God’s influence on the hearts & minds of those who are making the decision to waive an expensive repair requirement ($47k) for us to buy our house. We’re supposed to close in 3 days and have $7k invested. We requested a waiver of the repair and it is subjective on if they will waive. Thank you for your prayers.
