I have stopped doing yoga and glider exercises. I have gotten the feeling back in part of back that I had lost feeling. Now I feel the pain in back and down left leg. Doing some of my other exercises that don't increase pain. Left leg is getting tingling feeling again. I just got the feeling back in my leg this yr please lord let the drs be able to help it seems like one thing helps one issue but effects another. Prayers for husband he is feeling better but not 100% yet keep healing him and get him into drs if needed. Prayers for kids and their future. Let your will be done.
