Hi! Would you help me pray for financial covering and a great and amazing family vacation. I thought that I was making a financially wise decision by bidding to upgrade my family's cruise vacation to a suite because that upgrade would cover the cost of the internet and beverages already included plus give us a large room from my family to be accommodated more comfortably for an additional rate of $910 (on top of what I initially paid for the cruisefare). I learned that the offer that I submitted was accepted but that it was actually NOT for a suite at all but was for a standard room with a balcony. I was confused because I bid up by $910 (again because I believed that this upgrade included additional fees for internet and drinks that I would have to pay out of pocket for which would have made the upgrade a good value), however I had no idea that the cruise line would offer another Standard room as a bid up option and falsely believed that the room type I bid on was a suite. My prayer at this point is that by God's grace on me for my mistake and my oversight that he will allow the cruise line to refund my money or will modify my upgrade request to a suite so that this cruise remains affordable and does not become unaffordable all of sudden. If nothing is done, than I have paid an additional $910 mistakenly for a standard room with no additional benefits added and I will still have to pay out of pocket for each thing I thought would have been included already in the $910 bid up. So far in the past 14 days, I have not yet come across anyone with the cruise line that is able to modify my upgrade or bid to the suites. My prayer is that God will provide the solution and outcome that no one yet at the cruise line has been aware of or has been in the position to implement yet and that God will grace us with the Suite experience to protect our dollars, money and spending.
