I desperately need a job and a tenant!
I've been unemployed for 3 years and have been renting out my furnished condo to cover costs. Now, the condo management requires a $50 application fee and a $500 move-in/move-out fee, plus a rule that tenants must stay at least six months. I had to let my last tenants go without charging them to comply. Finding a tenant willing to stay six months is challenging. Please pray that I find a tenant soon and secure a job to avoid losing my place. I'm paying for school which promised to help me find a job but they didn't.
