I have high anxiety. My anxiety is usually highest when I have a decision to make. I have been trying to make a decision for 6 months now.. it’s not a huge deal.. there are so many more pressing things in life… but I am so worried I’ll regret the decision I make.. it’ll last 15-20 years and too expensive to redo. This terrifies me and I have been having debilitating anxiety.. where I can’t do much every day because I can’t move my mind forward. I’m stuck. I am asking for prayer for the Lord’s guidance and confidence in making a final decision, and to finally be done so I can finally move forward mentally. And I am asking for the Lord’s guidance on how to stop my anxiety as well.
