I haven’t slept well in the past 3 months because of new noisy neighbors that smoke. Between the hours of 11pm and 5 am it’s ongoing noises and I haven’t tried everything to prevent this from continuing to happen. The leasing managers in my apartment building are not helping and I am so frustrated and overwhelmed by the whole ordeal. I have prayed for the neighbors and for the situation for the past 3 months and still nothing has changed. Please pray for me.
