I’m looking for a new job and I need help praying that God opens the right door for me to walk through.

I’ve been at my current job for 4 years and my skills been taken advantage of and work ethic. I’ve also been disrespected by management and am praying that the next career opportunity allows me to grow, as well as be valued by the leadership so that I can become a better leader and manager.
