I live in a 6 unit building. The 2nd floor neighbor underneath me is a smoker and has a teen with behavioral issues. While I can patiently cope with the behavioral issues, the cigarette smoking is too much. Management believes her denial regarding smoking; she smokes a brand that has a low smell thus hard to detect in the hallway but penetrates the walls and makes me cough. My prayer request is for an intervention to make this stop. The whole buildings peace is disturbed by one unit and management is nonresponsive.
