Awhile back we had issues with a water softener that his son installed through Jim P company and come to find out it was a unit that was a broken one that Art saved for parts. We had called for 6 -7 months we had to call the father that owned unit. I didn’t mean to divide the father and son and we didn’t deserve to be ripped off. Let your will be done.
