Many prayers Lord I thought I had found a drs office that I could be comfortable with. They where very helpful with what I needed help with when trying to fill out some of the paper work needed to see Dr. I don’t need someone to fill out. I sometimes just don’t understand the question and once explained what the question is asking I then can usually answer it. When the Dr’s offices haven’t helped in the past the insurance and Medicare have been very helpful in helping me and Medicare has been very helpful with helping me to understand I have rights to understand question and things going on before I just say yes and don’t understand. When trying to get meds for a up comming procedure I call pharmacy in may they said they hadn’t recived I then figured I wait a few days but I then forgot. I recently called once I realized I had forgotten. I call pharmacy and they said Dr never called for pre otherazition according to insurance company. Called drs office with carmarke on the line with me and they where aware of it. they then told me the insurance never covers so it’s there policy to not call. I whish they had told me that. The drs office then said I demanded the pills. I never demanded anything they gave me the option and asked if I would like the liquid drink or pills. I said pills. We finally got resolved and they got approval for liquid. The insurance company at the end was apologizing for the way I got treated and talked to by the Dr’s office. This should have been the drs office doing this not the insurance company that has nothing to do with drs office. Caremark is going to report to there supervisor what happened. should I report this to Dr Bright or should I just let insurance company handle. The drs office then sends me a email about how to recognize fraud iam so baffled on some of this. I just want to get procedure done figure out what is going on. Iam tired of being in pain when going to bathroom. Once we figure it out and get fixed I will continue my health diet to help prevent future issues.prayers for people that don’t have accesses to foods they need to help keep them healthy and sheilding them from people that think they should just be feed and appreciate what they are given. Yes when iam down i appreciated was was given for free or what i could afford but understanding food alligerys and what they can do to your digestive system when not eating a proper diet.
