I am taking care of a wife with arthritis , An old dog that has Arthritis also and a disabled adult. I am trying to work a part time job and not doing that well lately at this . I am tired i can only sleep 2 or 3 hours doing this and admit to feeling guilty putting this out there as so many have so much more to take care of . I am so tired wish I could just get some sleep once in awhile.
