My neighbor is stomping above my head again. I have PTSD and hypervigilence. The stomping startles me awake fearing the ceiling will collapse on my head. I’m memorizing Psalm 91 in scripture song version. “You shall not be afraid of the terror by night.” I pray either that my neighbor will get a better apartment, cheaper, nicer, closer to work, move in with a loved one (because I only pray good things for others) or, that i may be healed from PTSD and hypervigilance. And soon, please. I guess I can also pray for a change of heart for him. Since the day I moved in he has been extremely loud usually between 1:30 am and 5am. We have never met. I also pray if there is a reason this is happening, like I need to learn something, that God will give me the spirit of wisdom.
