On Thursday, December 7th my parents have their initial hearing for custodial guardianship of my 5 year old nephew. He has lived with them since he was 10 months old and they have provided for him financially, emotionally, physically and mentally. He is a very sweet boy who is sensitive and has particular needs which requires a lot of care and counseling.
Now my brother, who hasn’t lived with him since he was 1 and who moved to a different state, has decided he wants him and to take him away even though past experience has shown this is not the best living case.

Please pray that the judge has a soft heart and sees the facts instead of going with the easy parental option. Please pray for my nephew as he is scared and has a lot of anxiety from being taken away from my parents and his support system he has here. With custody battles like this, only God can grant the miracle.
