Prayers son will back off the milk he has a hard time digesting the caisin in milk. It is affecting his stomach. I cook my food with no dairy and cook for my husband and daughter with milk it doesn’t bother them like it does me and my son. My son chooses to eat. I did the same thing and use to just deal with the consequences but when it causes you to miss work you make the changes or deal with being sick.
