Please pray for me. We recently made bed to a new state and are trying to find a church. My husband found one he loves and already joined. I battle severe anxiety and the pastor’s wife asks way too many personal questions. I feel like I am being interrogated and scored on my answers. I can certainly go through the motions of physically attending the church but won’t be getting anything out of it emotionally or spiritually and avoid the pastors wife at all cost. The problem is it’s a very small church. I am in tears, angry with my husband and feel forgotten. I feel like never stepping into another church again. I want my husband to support me and for us to find a church together.
