I’m so frustrated. I prayed for something for a very long time and thought God was opening a door, so I walked through it… but now everything is going wrong. My marriage is struggling, my health is not doing great from the anxiety this situation is causing me, and I’m not a very present mother for me kids because I’m so overwhelmed. I just don’t understand where I went wrong. I tried to make a prayerful decision based on faith and not the world and now everything is going wrong. I ask why God would lead me down this path. Do I just stink at discernment and knowing what God wants? Is God disappointed in me? Punishing me? Why would He allow this to happen when I was only trying to follow Him? My faith is very weak right now.
