I’ve been waiting for years for a real relationship. The times when I decided to give in and open my arms, the guy turns away. When the guy is all in, I don’t want to be all in. I don’t know what’s wrong with me, my choices, or the paths I’ve taken, but I do believe God has protected me along the way. I’m grateful for God’s protection, and the closing of the wrong doors, but God willing the right door will open soon. What is a life if not shared with my soulmate? So much time wasted being with him, but I pray for serenity while I patiently await God’s perfect plan for my life.
