Today, my son submits his medical waiver request to the USMC. It is his dream to enlist and his history, which is heavily influenced from the abuse he suffered at the hands of his dad might forever keep him from seeing that dream fulfilled. Most of his paperwork wants to keep him in the prison of a boy unworthy of serving and that is not who he is today. Please pray that God’s will be done and that he be filled with the spirit so he can rest in God’s plan. Please pray that he be freed from the bondage of his past and that he know and the world know the truth of who he is in Christ. We also ask for peace in knowing that God fights for him and He has a plan for his future.
