I have a difficult situation at work with a tough, controlling boss. My boss does not respect me, and tries to control my every move. She doesn’t respect my need for time off and wants first dibs on when to take off for vacation, putting her needs over mine, a lot. She says I need to be at my desk more – I’m at my desk almost all the time. If I were there more, I would get sores from sitting too much. I also ask for recognition at work – I work so hard and do great work, yet it’s a thankless position. My boss and others could recognize me, but they are not good at that. In Jesus’s name I pray, amen.
