I have a prayer request. Somehow I accidentally sent in a duplicate yearly online payment of 435 dollars to BC Communities the property management company/treasurer for the Barklay Estates Homeowners Association, where my home in Delaware is located. BC Communities cashed both checks on April 1, 2024. BC Communities has been giving me the runaround implying that my reimbursement check was sent on April 12, 2024 but somehow got lost in the mail. I have requested another reimbursement check be sent via certified mail with a tracking number. This situation is causing tension between me and the president of the HOA. Please pray that God will send a legion of angels in the spiritual realm to convict the people at BC Communities to reimburse me my 435 dollars in a timely manner.
